anyone have a tankless water heater??
If you had it recently installed, can you share the cost?
We are renovating our lower level and are going to put in a tankless water heater. It will get rid of our big hot water tank that takes up tons of room, and this will be mounted to the wall in its place:
We are going with Bosch and we have gas. We got 2 estimates so far, but there is more than a $600 difference in cost, so we will more than likely get a 3rd estimate.
Anyone have any info they can share?

i saw it on a show this mornining on channel 30 and they said it cost $4000.

 Our estimates are not that high, but we already have the gas service and furnace to connect to. I wonder if that makes a difference.
