anyone have a letter stateing that somebody else other than you
can take your child to the doctor? I wanted to get something together for when i go into the hospital for my c-section. Have any suggestions as to what it should say? Do I need one?

I believe anyone can take them to the doctor. I do have a letter stating my mom can make medical decision about my child for when we go away or they go to Florida.
Is that the kind of thing you're looking for?

My father has taken DS to the doctor and even gotten a prescription for him with no problems.
The only thing you would need is a letter stating that person can make a medical decision. (as per a pp said)
