Anyone have a due date that did NOT match up to their baby dance date??
I know when we  , and my due date actually calculates to be about 5 days after the actual night.
I wonder why they did this. I told them when we , so why did they not seem to listen?

It can take a few days for actual insemination to occur from what I understand. Sperm can last a few days swimming upstream.

Yes - I know exactly when we conceived DS because it was in between 2 big trips that we took, but after my 2nd sono they pushed my EDD back by 9 days (based on his size). In the end I delivered 15 days early, but only 6 days earlier than what I believed my EDD should have been

My OB pushed my DD to Jan 19th... I know for a FACT that DH and I didn't the weekend that they said I conceived... I would've been 4 days into AF. Plus, it was DH's birthday weekend we did finally without concern (we were told to stop TTCing due to multiple losses and ectopic pgs).

it's true! sperm can last a week in the right conditions!

Yup mine is off, about 2-3 weeks difference.
the funny thing is DD is measuring is measuring right on track with my BDing date NOT with my due date from the sonogram...lol

I had two, actually.
I have short cycles, so when they gave me a 12/14 due date based on my LMP, I knew that was wrong. Then after the 12-week sono, they bumped up my EDD to 12/3. Both times, I told them that I knew what day we conceived and that would make my EDD 12/8, but apparently their sono is more accurate than my memory 
DD was born 11/30.

The way they calculate is weird. You subtract 3 months and add 7 days. Though with DD they only added 5 days...she was actually born on my calculations which was the full 7 days.
