I use bounce sheets when my clothes are staticy. I wouldn't use them on my hair thought.
A bottle of leave in condidioner works wonders. Just spray a little on your hair or on your brush, and all gone

I rub a fabric softener sheet on my hands and then rull my hands through my hair.
