anyone get pregnant with one tube or IVF for one tube
I am having another blue moment about loosing my tube Monday..i am trying to grasp on that i will be pregnant some day...
anyone know if i am searching IVF rates, is one tube considered a tubal factor?

My very good friend had both her tubes removed and finally got pregnant though IVF after 5 years of trying with changing her and her DH's diets to wholesome, organic, chemicals/junk-free food only.
She now has 20 months old twins.

As I said in your other post...my friend has gotten pregnant with Clomid twice and she lost a tube due to an ectopic pregnancy.

My SIL got pregnant twice with only one tube. It's definitely possible.

I know someone who did IVF and has a litle girl and then went onto have twin boys, she doesn't have any tubes, she had to have them both removed

You all are so inspirational! Thanks..i am worried, he doesnt think the other tube has any probs but i am preparing myself just incase...
It is amazing how many people have told me they lost a tube to an ectopic or lost an ovary and have gone on to have multiple children...
i guess IVF is an absolute blessing..
Hopefully i can keep one and keep trying naturally but at this point, i am emotionally drained...

I have one blocked tube and am over 35 and they told me I had a 50% chance of getting pg with IVF. That is an amazing chance considering a couple with no issues under 35 have only a 20% chance of getting pg.
Don't give up hope! IVF has come a long way in the past few years!

I lost my right tube to an ectopic pregnancy in February 2007. My OB/GYN is optimistic that I can still get pregnant naturally. In addition, I have been told my my Dr. and other sources that the remaining tube can suck the egg over from the other side and that it is still possilbe for me to get pregnant every month.
It is hard to be optimistic (and sometimes I $uck at it), but I am still convinced that my time will come. No matter how many stupid fallopian tubes I have left.

I got PG on my 5th IUI (with injectables). I only have 1 tube/1 ovary, which I found out through all the tests during my journey with IF.

My mom had 3 healthy pregnancies (no mc's) with only 1/4 of an ovary. I think that probably counts as 1 tube.
She had a lot of abdominal pain when she was in her mid 20's, and the Dr.s finally discovered she had huge cysts on her ovaries.
ETA - My mom did not have IVF, I don't think it was as accessible in the 70's.
