anyone get nauseous if they have not eatten?

I take my prenatal when I first get up and then 1hr later eat breakfast.

But lately I cannot wait to eat, because I am so hungry that I get nauseous. I thought I was going to toss my cookies yesturday.

Then, yesturday afternoon I felt a little nauseous again until I ate a snack.

Once I eat I feel much better.

i did - especially in the first trimester. small frequent meals are best... also i take my prenatal at night before bed and it helps alot

I did. I went from not hungry to starving to nauseous in 2 seconds during the first trimester. Now I'm just getting hungry. Maybe very hungry.

I've been lucky - I've had very little m/s. What I have realized is that to keep the m/s feeling low, I need a solid 8 hours of sleep. I also bring small snacks for my day - fruit, baby carrots, 1 cookie (my treat!). It helps.

My prenatals are 1 for the AM and 1 for the PM. I drive over an 1 hr to work and back each way. I usually don't eat breakfast or take my morning prenatal until I get to work. That helps also.

Definitely in the 1st and the beginning of the 2nd trimester.

I feel the exact same way----I do much better with smaller more frequent meals. I started taking my prenatals at night and that seems to work better for me.

it definitely helped me to eat frequently during the first trimester in order to stop feeling nauseous

I have always been like this - and now it is worse. I HAVE to eat when I am hungry otherwise I feel like I will die.

Me! I go from feeling like death warmed up and like I'm going to throw any second and then as soon as I eat I feel better, it's weird, you'd think if you ate feeling like that you would be sick. It happened to me at 3am this morning, it woke me up, I ate a cracker & sipped some water and Bingo! Felt better. I sympathise

It's definitely normal to feel nauseous if you are hungry - I had that problem when I was experiencing my m/s.

First, take the prenatal at bedtime. This was recommended to me by many moms and also by a nurse.

I also get nauseous if I haven't eaten, so I try to have something in my stomach all day long.

Yes, but I have fund it's more from taking the prenatals on an empty stomach. As soon as I eat, I feel better.

yes - it really just started happening to me again at 25 weeks, so instead of waiting til i get to work to eat breakfast - i eat at home first or bring an easy snack - and this has seemed to get rid of the on the way to work starving then nauceous feeling!

I get heartburn more than anything if I am starving....

The only time I get nauseous is if I have not eaten. I have to make sure I keep eating small meals or little snacks.

I don't think its the prenatals, cause I was a little nauseous at 5am this morning! (DH made me a light snack and then I went back to sleep)
Then woke up again starving and nauseous so ate my breakfast.

I guess I am going to need constant snacks!
