Anyone get absolutely exhausted before AF?
I'm soooo tired before AF. Is there anything I can do besides drinking a Venti latte?

Not so much befor,e but during the first few days I have to like peel myself out of bed and forecefully project myself around the house because I can barely move my limbs

My sense of smell improves a lot, my teeth ache and I can eat like a champ before.

Yes! Maybe a combo of low iron & low blood pressure for me. My bp is 70/55 at that time.

Yes!! I am so tired the day before and the first few days of AF. It seems to have gotten worse within the last 2 months or so. There is nothing I can do to snap out of it.
