Anyone Experiencing SPD or PGP?
I've had some discomfort here and there through the pregnancy but now since I was so busy bending and lifting and moving from all the packing and unpacking the last 2 weeks the mild occasional discomfort has turned into full-on unable to move with out pain.
When I get up from sitting or when I first get up in the morning, I literally can't get my legs to move.
When I'm in bed it takes me a few minutes to roll from my left side to my right side and vice versa. I actually have to stop and lay on my back for a few minutes before continuing my roll over. The pain is so bad I sometimes end up in tears from it.
I'm tired of moving so slow and waddling. I just want to be comfortable.
Does anyone else have this? Have you found anything that helps the pain?

Yes! On and off for a few weeks now. Lots of pain in my pelvis- both the front and the back. I have trouble putting my pants on bc i cant stand on one leg...I have found the following things helped:
1). Daily "cat/cow" yoga a stretches. I do about 20 2). Sitting and doing pelvic circles on a yoga ball 3). Pelvic tilts/lifts with the yoga ball. Again, about 20. 4). Relaxing! When I do too much in a day, I suffer for it for at least two days. Take a day and put your feet up as much as possible. I usually feel a lot better after a day of relaxing.
I know this isn't much...I hope you feel better soon!

It's so annoying! I just want to get stuff done fast and I can't. I don't like sitting still, lol!

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm going to try some!
I also have to sit on the edge of my bed to change my pants b/c I can't put all my weight on one leg for that long.

Ugh. I had it sooooo bad, starting very early on in the 2nd tri. It was horrible. I could hardly walk and turning over in bed was torture. I did some research about it online and it said that it helped to do some mild stretching, so I tried to. But nothing really helped. Sorry...I literally feel your pain.
