anyone experiencing..

dry skin esp. on your face? as a pregnancy symptom? what are you doing to combat this symptom?

i have a little bit. i think its prob a combination of the winter air too. my skin is very sensitive so i've been using a tinted moisturizer that is oil free- cover girl i think.

YES! I'm sure it's a combination of the dry winter air & pregnancy, but it's terrible! I switched to a thick moisturizing cream at night, a gentle face wash in the morning & I use a face scrub (st.ives apricot) every other day to get rid of the flaky skin. I also make sure I drink as much water as possible during the day. It's been getting much better.

Im finding that as well.. Im drinking a ton of water, I use St Ives Apricot Scrub as well (LOVE this stuff. I have sensitive skin & this stuff doesnt irritate me even when I use it every other day) and I use Philosophy facial moisturizer. I absolutely LOVE this stuff, its whipped and so silky and I just glow after using it... Ive been using it for years. You can get it at Sephora.

My skin has been very dry but we live with my FIL and he also likes to keep the heat on 78 which makes my room about 83 at night so I was attributing it to that!

Anyway, I've been using face moisturizer daily which is better anyway because it has SPF 25 in it, and frequently use Eucarin cream on my arms, legs, hands, etc.
