Anyone ever try "Six Week Body Makeover"?

I was seeing a nutritionist for a little while and the first month I was successful. Having gone back to work, I found I was coming home with a headache everyday. The plan is very restricted and not relaistic for a long period of time. I was thinking of ordering "six week body makeover" and wondering if anyone has ever tried it and found it to be successful.

looooved it! I have the 6wbmo and it is very good. I dont use it now but bought it 4 or 5 years ago and lost 20lbs with it after my 2nd dd. The exercise part of it is great - the instructions and the bands. I love the whole 'book' and the blueprinting to 'correct body flaws'.

At first I didnt like eating 6 times a day and it seemed like a lot of meat (I was a Type A) but it got easy as I went along and so worth it.
As a matter of fact I think I will just have to ehmm.. go back to it this week


Have you blueprinted? If not do it here. It will dictate your Type and hence the eating plan.

The program looks interesting, but I was hesitant about ordering it. I feel like I have tried so many diets with limited success.
