Anyone ever try NutraSystem?

My friend at work lost 52 lbs!! And I see they have a package for breakfast and lunch. I might do it!

My supervisor did it. She lost a lot of weight but said it's very expensive.

i did it. it's very expensive. like 4 years ago it was 289 a month PLUS veggies and fruits for every day. i took the basic elements of the diet and just ate the correct way. the way they do it, is you eat i think 4 meals a day all around 300 calories each so that's 1200 calories a day. i eat 5 small meals a day now at 1200 calories a day and just make sure i'm moving. when i did it, i lost a decent amount of weight and it didn't come back quickly.. when i ate the 5 small meals, i lost 30 pounds in 3 months. so if you need help, just let me know!
