Anyone ever purchase stroller from Ebay or Craigslist?
If so how reliable was the stroller? Did you regret it after?
Never purchased off either site for anything before. New Double strollers seem soo $$$, thought maybe I could find a good one at a cheaper price, but dont want to end up with a lemon and my girls getting hurt.

I would only buy from craigslist because you can at least check it out before you decide to buy it.
I have sold 3 strollers on craigslit and all the buys were surprised on the condition of the strollers. They were really in great condition and I made sure to wash the seats, wipe down everything with clorox wipes and even clean the wheels. I guess it depends who you buy from. I have seen some strollers on their and I wonder how someone could sell something that looks the way it does.

Ill just stay with craigs list. You go to sellers house to pick up or do they send to you? This way I know just to inquire about strollers on LI.

Ill just stay with craigs list. You go to sellers house to pick up or do they send to you? This way I know just to inquire about strollers on LI.
I try and feel out the buyer. If I feel like they are normal and I get along with them I give them my address and let them pick it. I actually met my first friend in NJ through craigslist when I sold my double jogger to her.
I did schedule someone to meet me at a Target parking lot once but she couldn't get there and then I just gave her my address and I am glad I did.
I would do with what you feel comfortable with.

I bought a NEW (double) stroller from ebay - and it was perfectly fine. It was a company selling through ebay, not a random person.

I bought my double from Craigslist. We met in an agreed upon parking lot and I am really happy with my decision. I love the stroller and am so glad that I didn't spend a fortune since I have a feeling that my older DD will be moving to a sit and stand soon.

I got a Jeep stroller on craigslist -- as well as a few other big items. In this instance I went to the seller's house (always daytime and with DH and my dog, lol).
It's a great stroller, I wouldn't buy a used one without seeing it first, although this one had been used maybe twice.

I've bought from both but prefer craigslist. You can check it out in person beforehand. If you buy from ebay make sure you pay via paypal that way if something is wrong you can get your money back.

Bought a jogging stroller from craig's list and i am so happy with it - very easy to get -met on the street and got to see the stroller. so happy with it and saved so much.

I haven't bought one from Ebay- cause I never found what I was looking for.
I have bought 2 used strollers from craigslist.
One was a double stroller - it was in great condition, and barely used.
The other was a single stroller, in great condition (looked like it wasn't even used) and long story short, it ended up being another LIF mommy!!
