Anyone else restless
Today has been tough. Not sure if it's because ai haven't gotten good sleep last night or what but I can't seem to focus and getting annoyed easily.
I had to leave the house for a little because I feel myself starting to unravel.
Anyone else?

Anyone else restless
I’ve been walking 2-4 miles a day in addition to my typical running and lifting program. I hate feeling trapped in the house.

I'm PMSing on top of everything else so yeah.
I had a meltdown this morning.
I took a 2 mile walk and ate something and feel better.
