Anyone else not able to sleep through the night...and I don't mean pee breaks!
I go to bed at 11:00 religiously and yet, I am up at 4 am like a rooster! It is driving me nuts and really ruining my day!
The good part is that I have seen a bunch of classic movies (because what else is on at 4 am?)
How are you ladies doing with sleep?
And, I am not napping during the day!

i was never a good sleeper to begin with and it has just gone down hill with the pregnancy, b/t insomnia, heartburn, peeing, its fabulous

I had severe insonmnia during both my pregnancies. I wold fall asleep in seconds, and wake a few hours later and then never would be able to get back to sleep. I was awake at all hours.

horrible insomnia in the beginning (that was actually one of the signs I was preggo). now it's better, but I think when school lets out and I'm not as tired at the end of the day, it's going to hit again.

All I have to say is Thank goodness it is almos the end of the school year, because I wouldn't have made it through if it any earlier....Well, off to bed, lets see how long that lasts!

I wake up at the same times every night..like clockwork...whether I have to pee of not...I always wake up at almost the same exact time give or take 5 minutes.

I don't sleep through the night...but I don't get out of bed. Instead, I toss & turn and look at the clock every hour.

I have never been a good sleeper either, it stinks. I've definitely had some really bad stages during this pregnancy where I just don't sleep, and it's not even from being uncomfortable or that I've slept long enough. Very weird!

luckily my sleep is still pretty good. I wake up to pee but go right back to sleep. Who knows what will happen in the next few weeks!

since getting pregnant, I rarely sleep well or past 8:00, even on the weekends.
Every few weeeks or so, I wake at 4 and it takes me about 45 min to fall back to sleep.
Here's a tip, have a little middle of the night hanky panky......DH loved it this week!!!! And it helps you fall back to sleep!

Some nights I wake up almost every hour to pee, but usually I wake up every 2-3 hours and after some tossing and turning can fall back asleep.

I keep a bottle of Tylenol PM on my nightstand and if I wake up for more than 30 minutes I pop one.

As a matter of fact I was up at 4 this morning. I wasn't eaven groggy just real alert. Sometimes I try to wake up DH to talk (I'm so bad). The man works 13 hour days and he needs his sleep.
When I wake up around this time I'm starving so I'm not sure if its my body saying its time to eat. Plus I feel the baby around this time a lot so it could be.
I would be up for about a couple of hours than go back to sleep.

You just described most nights for me.
I go to bed around 10:30 every night. Usually wake up around 2 am for a bathroom visit, then sleep until about 4:30 or 5:00 at which point I pop up like a cork and I can't fall back to sleep.

I wake up a few times to pee, and then usually at 4:30am b/c my lower back is on fire. I usually move to the couch and try to fall back asleep.

yes, among all the rest of my symptoms this is another.I hate it...for me it is 3:30 am, EVERY night.....I'm usually up for about two hours and then fall back asleep unti labout 7:00 when I get up for work, I miss sleeping through the night.....

same here. i've never been a great sleeper, but i am SO exhausted that i find myself going to bed as early as possible. but then i am up at 4 or 5 every morning, wide awake, and have so much trouble getting back to sleep! it SUX

im non stop all day long, and unless i REALLY need to, i dont lay down when i get home from work; so i sleep like a rock most nights. Getting up to pee 2-3x/night goes without saying, but otherwise, im sleeping like a baby.

I have good nights and bad nights. On the good nights, I will get up just a few times to use the bathroom and I'm able to get back to sleep. On the bad nights, I toss and turn and switch sides every hour, stare at the ceiling and turn on the tv and end up watching some stupid movie for like 2 hours because I can't sleep. I'll finally go to sleep and then wake up at the crack of dawn.
It's definitely getting more uncomfortable now that I'm towards the end of the pregnancy.
