Anyone else just not feel hungry???
I literally do not feel hungry. EVER!!!! This has been going on for the past couple of weeks but I just really noticed it when I looked back at my food diary....I usually just eat b/c its time for my apple...or time for dinner..but over the past few weeks there have been quite a few times that I havent eaten like all day for one reason or another..and I never feel hungry...
anyone????

yep. The only time my stomach doesn't hurt is when I haven't eaten, it's very strange. I now just will eat a little something here and there like a piece of fruit or some greens. I ate a turkey sandwich on whole wheat last night for dinner and felt like I ate a whole thanksgiving turkey, I was in such discomfort afterwards.
