Anyone drinking tea?
I've been drinking one to two cups of decaf black tea a day. Is this safe? What do you girls drink to keep warm in the winter?

I am a HUGE tea drinker, always have been. At night I drink decaf but in the morning I always have my cup of Tazo Awake tea which has caffeine. A little caffeine is okay, moderation is key.

I have 1 cup of tea. I used to love my coffee, 3-4 cups per day but now I can't stomach even 1 cup so I switched to tea.

I drink one cup of caffeinated tea/day. I also drink tons of milk- maybe you can drink warm milk (if it doesnt make you sleepy) but there's plenty of tea that's safe to drink.

Tea is just fine. If caffeine is a concern get some decaf. The only one I would stay away from until you are full term is the raspberry leaf, but that has awesome postpartum qualities.
