Anyone do the Preschool Evaluation Scale on their students?

Anyone do the Preschool Evaluation Scale on their students?
If so - what items do you use for each domain? I have to put a kit together and do an eval on Thursday - TIA!

hmm.. not sure. but i have used the Battelle a couple of times. i'm speech, so i did the communication section.
i know the batelle comes with a whole test kit with all of the items you need. i know some of the items were toy dolls, a ball, i think some play utensils.... lol the kid i evaluated was so off the wall energetic that i basically just used whatever i could in the room to get the same type of responses/ assess the area the test item was looking at.

i did it years ago and I hated that. I use the DAYC and it is much better!
