Anyone cold all the time?
Hi, I am nearly 7 weeks pregnant and for about 2 weeks now I have been feeling really cold - I am shivering right now and the temp inside the house is 70!
Is this normal or do I need to get checked out?

yup I was the same way in the beginning try eating red meat you might be low on Iron

Thanks for the reply - I dont eat any meat so I guess I better start eating my beans!! I was low in iron during my entire pregnancy so this could be it.

im a vegetarian too, and very anemic (not due to being vegetarian) so i dont get iron from meat obviously..i try to stock up on green leafy veggies and beans though..i was FREEZING in the early stages of this pregnancy,,and everyone said id get hot as he** but i didnt believe them...now at 35 weeks, i walk around daily with no winter coat on, and still feel like im suffocating lol
im not sweaty, or perspirating kinda hot, just feeling very clostrophobic (sp?) i guess because shes taking up so much of my room lol

In the beginning I was very cold all the time, now I'm always hot and sweaty! lol

You know, I'm a vegetarian too and I'm FREEEEEZING all the time since I got my BFP. I do eat fish, but I'm sure I'm low on iron - I never even thought of that.

I would have never connected these things! I have been freezing cold all the time and I do not eat red meat either.
