My company had our Holiday party there last year. From my experience, the food was FANTASTIC. Ciprianis does all the catering there. The view is breathtaking. I never been to a wedding there, but I can only imagine how spectacular it would be (not to mention EXPENSIVE!!)

Not a wedding but my old firm had a party there about 4 years ago.
It was GREAT and the food was really good. I was dating a restaurant owner at the time and even he commented on the great food.
ETA - The rotating dance floor is really different but not so fun if you have been drinking a lot
