Anyone bathe their babies/children in the morning?
This is our routine now, and I love this time with him... he wakes up so early anyway, i need something to do to fill the time...
I was thinking I was going to stop when the weather gets colder, and begin to bathe him in the evening as part of our bedtime routine, but our schedules are so crazy in the evening - sometimes he falls asleep on the way home from daycare and doesnt wake up until very late.... sometimes DH takes him to dinner with his daughters while I go work out... I feel the evening is never the same schedule, but the morning always is....
If I do it early enough, and put the heat on until he is warmed up and all dry before we leave, think that would be ok?

Right now I bathe her in the morning/afternoon since I'm home. I personally think you are nuts for getting up that early for a bath. I need my sleep so once she starts daycare, I will bathe her at night, but not every night. Probably every other. Especially in the winter since more baths=dry skin.

I give my boys baths at night even my older son takes his shower at night. I feel they get to dirty throughout the course of the day and I hate them to go to bed dirty. However in the winter as long as their not dirty I will give them a bath every other night, but in the summer every night.

My Laila loves her morning baths! Our schedule is different every night, too. I hope to one day get into a bedtime routine with her, but for now-- we really enjoy our time : )

I think I'm nuts waking up early too, but unfortunately, this decision is NOT up to me.

i do most of his baths at night. When we are traveling i bath him in the morning though.

hi i tend to bath my son in the morning, he sweats loads at night so it refreshes him to bathe in the morning and he always smells gorgeous for the day ahead.
maybe when the baby comes along it will be harder but for now we just stick to the morning routine.
