anyone a timber ridge home owner?
Just curious if anyone else here owns a condo or townhome in one of the Timber Ridge communities? DH and I have live in the Seasons at Massapequa (fairfax model) for over a year and we love it! It would be awesome if some of you ladies were nearby!
Anyone in the Oceanside of Central Islip communities?

I don't own a timber ridge home but I am familiar with them. I just want to say they are great homes.
Which model do you have? I've only seen the Cartwright/ Fairfax.

Nice!! I love the loft area upstairs.
Oh, how I wish I have hardwood floor, tray ceiling, cental air, granite countertop.
I can't believe the property tax though.
