My boss and I were just talking about this... why the heck don't we do it on a Friday night?
That way it would give us 2 days to adjust instead of 1.

It doesn't affect me, except being confused by the longer daylight hours.
How do you lose an hour? If you normally get up at 7am its 6am in winter hours. But when you go to sleep at say, 11pm its 10pm in winter hours.  You're going to bed an hour earlier.
I never get this.
