Anybody go through a nap regression?
DD is 5 months old next week. She STTN about 11-12 hours so I'm not complaining. But she started off being a horrible cat napper - 30 min naps, taking 4 or 5 naps a day. Eventually, they lengthened on their own, went up to 40 minutes and then for a month or so she was giving me one long a nap a day...maybe 1.5 or 2 hours. the rest were 40min to an hour. The past week or so, she is back to catnapping. She hasnt given me a nap longer than 40 minutes in over a week. Anyone else go through this? Just a phase? So hard to get stuff done when she doesnt nap long and is cranky all day! TIA!

Going through the same thing right now. My DD is the same age as yours. Right now they're 30 minutes on the dot, every 2 hours. I really hope things get better.

thank you for posting this. my dd will be 5 mo on thursday and this has been going on for the past 2 weeks. calling her a crankster doesn't even begin to capture the picture. i just can't wait for this to pass.
