Anybody elses computer freeze when one of these popups come up?

Anybody elses computer freeze when one of these popups come up?
ugh Its so annoying. It never happened before now the past months if I move the mouse to navigate and I go over one of these popups- the popup comes up and then Im frozen for a minute very annoying!

You can disable them. When one pops up, click on the ?. A window will open. Click on the last tab "Disable Ads". You can then click the link to disable them.
