Anybody else's body hurt ALL the time?
I feel like my body is hurting all over, all the time. I know it's from holding the baby and carrying her and lifting the stroller and the carseat and bending to put her in her swing, etc., but I can't seem to figure out a better way to do things so that I'm not in pain. I just hurt ALLLLLLLLL the time. And it's not from my c-section, it's more like tense muscles and pulled muscles in my neck and my legs and my knees hurt

Yup! You just have to start building your mommy muscles!
I swear, I think my biceps have grown an inch since Kevin was born from lugging around all his stuff, not to mention carrying him around.
It gets easier!

My neck and back are killing me and my body sometimes feels like it was hit by a mack truck. This is not from my c-section it is from lack of sleep. When I would not sleep well (before I had DD), I would feel this way. I guess if you combine the lack of sleep with the lugging stuff around, picking up baby, the odd positions I get into when I BF her, no wonder my body feels like a mack truck hit it. I so need to see a chiropractor.

My upper back still aches sometimes after 3 months. It was a lot worse when I would nurse DS because I was hutched over. I did find that if I kept a better posture it didnt hurt as much.

My back and shoulders were SHOT for months until they got used to all the new weight I was carrying around!

I would agree, in the evenings my whole body feels like I just tumbled down a flight of stairs. My knees feel like shite, my shoulders hurt..
But then I look at my pretty boy and I stop hurting.
YEAH RIGHT, I still feel like crap!
I keep meaning to have a hot bath everynight, but never seem to get around to it...even though I got LOADS of bathstuff from LUSH for my BIRTHDAY WHICH IS TODAY.

The bottom of my feet kill me ALL THE TIME. I can't understand why. Maybe it's from gaining so much weight and carrying the baby all day long. I feel like they will never feel better.

Like someone else said, try and pay attention to your posture and do some stetches when you can. They made a big difference for me.

Yes, I felt like I was hit by a mack truck too. It was from carrying the infant seat (with my chubby baby in it), not sleeping in a good position (because I was getting up so often when she was younger), using muscles I never knew I had...lol

Feel for you, because I feel the same way. My DS is 8 months old today and I still feel in pain all the time. In the begining, I always thought it was my body just healing from birth...but now it is just all the lifting and what not from him and he weighs 20 lbs! My back hurts me the most. I wake to a dose of 3 advil a day to get myself moving....it is terrible! Hugs
