Any way to help minimize overspilling back fat in a strapless gown?
I am in the middle of losing weight, but am still quite lumpy and bulge in many areas. I have a bridesmaid dress that is strapless. It is high enough that you can't see that fat between your arm and body in front. But the bulge above the dress and right next to my arm is bad in the back.
Other than keeping my arms above my head all night, can I do something with it? Tape it down? Get an amazing back fat sucker strapless bra? It overspills the dress, so I don't know if I can 'move it' under the dress.
TIA!

are you wearing anything under the gown as far as shape wear?
Maybe try spanx or a strapless bra with a wider band in back?

There's an idea. The back is pretty low though and barely hides a normal bra strap. Guess I have a lot of shopping to do to see what works.

If I wear anything, it will end below the bra. I just need to hold in the tummy and I have something like that.

Mostly the back fat will be worse when the dress is too tight. If it gets let out a little in the back or have a little elastic put in it may help with that.
That is such a hard problem to fix. I have it too.
And don't worry, I see it on skinny people too..it's mostly excess skin but looks the same way.
The right strapless bra will help too.
Do you have a good tailor or seamstress to help you?

I just wore a BM in my sister's wedding and I had that back fat roll because of the strapless bra I was wearing. Once I changed bras, and had the guy let the back seam out 0.5 inch, all was good.

This is what I am thinking. I have already lost 12 pounds and am attempting another 30 before the wedding, so things could be different.
I do have a seamstress because I need it hemmed anyway. I don't sew bridesmaid dresses, so she is my go to girl on these things.

Good. the dress shouldn't be squeezing you and the bra should fit right. I love my Lilyette strapless.

with my bridal gown, my seamstress told me to undo like 2 buttons on my strapless bra and fold it under and have someone smooth the back fat into the bra..sounds complicated, it worked

Overspillage is usually a result of a dress being too tight....I've seen it on skinny girls. Since you plan on losing more weight before the wedding I would wait until then...if not you can have a seamstress take the dress out a little.
