any tricks for dealing with gas pain?
the last few days in the evening i have been having the most painful gas pains -where it hurts to move and sometimes breathe - I have been taking tums and they dont seem to do much so i have sort of been suffering through it.
are there any tricks to relieving gas pain?

Chamomile helps or even a little bit of alka-seltzer -- anything to get you burping will help bc the gas is trapped and needs to get out.
Chamomile actually fizzes out the gas, so it's like gas-x.
Those 2 usually work for me. Feel better

OMg - its been so bad the past few days - just bought gas x and it worked wonders!!
