Any suggestions?
Any training tips on how to get my dog to stop jumping on our kitchen table and counters to steal food? 
I don't always catch her in the act, but for when I do catch her, saying no & bad girl obviously isn't working. I can't leave the room for even a minute with food out.
Any suggestions?

doggie gate? If you see her doing it I would make your dog correct and the make her leave the room.
