Chris Gates Tae Kwon Do.
I've been going there for on and off 8 years.
The instructors are great. Each one has something different to offer.
It's a great workout.
The schedule is:
Monday - 9:30 a.m.
Monday - 7:30 p.m.
Tues - 9:30 a.m.
Tues - 8:30 p.m. (w/gloves)
Wed - 9:30 a.m.
Wed 7:30 p.m. (w/gloves)
Thurs 9:30 a.m.
Thurs 8:30 p.m.
Fri - 6:15 a.m.
Fri 9:30 a.m.
No evening class on Fri
Sat - 7:45 a.m.
Sun - 9:00 am.

I'd be interested but am in terrible shape right now. I'm trying to get back on track with diet and exercise and need a lot of motivation.
What were you thinking? I have 2 kids so I don't have time during the day, only at night.

I never liked kickboxing but I might do something else as long as it can accommodate all fitness levels (mine being poor).

I never liked kickboxing but I might do something else as long as it can accommodate all fitness levels (mine being poor).

Chris Gates is great - I went to his classes for years. Now I'm busy with my own schedule  I'm always up for a little Zumba!
