Any lawyers? Order of Protection question
is a restraining order/OOP considered public record? like if i want to verify that there is an OOP out against someone, if there somewhere you can look up this info, if you aren't the filer of the OOP?
looking this up for my sister---she is trying to verify some information, and wants to know if an OOP was taken out by someone she knows.
