any idea what this could be?

DD woke up fine this morning. around 1pm she seemed to have a fever, got all quiet and then eventually took a nap around 2:15pm. I checked her temperature then and she did have a fever 101.6. She woke up around 4:30 - had something to drink and threw up. She tends to throw up when she has a fever. DH went to the store and got chewable tylenol. She took 2. Within 45 minutes she was practically back to normal and has been fine all evening. She had a piece of toast, then some pirates booty and then a 1/4 slice of pizza. All fine. I just gave her a second dose of tylenol but how does she go from fine, to sick to fine within 8 hours. Is this teething? She is 26 months.

any idea what this could be?

DD had the roseola virus a few weeks ago. She was fine and then woke up overnight with 102 fever. Lasted three days and then it was gone just as quick and the rash popped up. I would guess some kind of virus.

she woke up sick again. i knew she couldn't have been better so fast but that would have been nice. right now her only symptoms are a fever. hopefully she'll get better fast.
