Any good restless legs rememdies?
I had it with the 1st pg, but bananas and walking helped. This time, nothing is helping and it's getting really bad to the point where I can't sleep and I can't sit still at my desk. I'm desperate for some other tips. TIA!

try increasing the amount of water you drink as well.
i did the increased potassium w/ the increased fluids and it helped.
also - try stretching regularly.
