Any budding photographers here?
I'm looking for a good spot around the Ronkonkoma/Smithtown/Nesconsett area to take some pix of my family this weekend. My mother can't walk very well, so I don't want to have her trekkign all over the place. I've thought about right around the lake, there are some nice parks, but was wondering if there was any other place I might look ...? I'm relatively new to the area.

I think Hechsher Park is nice for photos. You can drop everyone off & park on the SW side of the park & the pond is in walking distance.

I think Lake Ronkonkoma, on the Brookhaven side, which is on Pond Rd would a nice place for pictures. If the weather holds up, I may be there this weekend doing pictures for a friend.
