Anxiety occurring
I feel so anxious today, like I'm going to break out of my own skin!
A friend of mine submitted my resume to her company and they are calling me to interview. I already know I probably won't be interested since I did some research and the benefits are not that impressive. Do I even bother going for the interview or do I tell them I've accepted another offer? Also, it's a busy time here at work and I've begun looking into other opportunities within my own organization. My boss is aware but she's been acting sort of distant towards me I feel like almost after ten years, I need some diversity/change of direction.
John and I have been having some disagreements within the last few days and I feel like it's throwing me completely off. Compound that with the fact that my child has not been the same since she came back from her weekend with her father, and I feel so out of sorts
Why can't I get it together?

That' a lot going on at once. Try to take a deep breath and write down your thoughts on each subject plus ways in which you can and would want to deal with them. Perhaps this will help you come up with ideas to fix/change/alter each one so that it is more doable or doesn't weigh so heavily upon you

Just wanted to send some  and say I agree with Deb, try to handle each separately (the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts).
