Anxiety going through my body
I am having a panic attack and they say it helps to write about it.. i think when i couldnt get a sneeze out the panic started and it snowballed from there.. i keep on going through some highs and lows :(

Keep writing and feel better. Also try taking a few deep breaths and holding them in...this is what I do when I have a panic attack and my heart feels like it's coming out of my chest. After a few deep breaths my heart calms down and I start to feel better.

take a few deep breaths
drink some ice water
wash your face
walk around for a little while
no matter what - KNOW that it will be over soon, and KNOW that there are MILLIONS of people who have experienced this (myself included) and we all got through it okay

I am coming down from the panic it seems to help to talk out loud my actions with someone.. i called my sister and its getting better...i am so scared
