I hate having one! Even at almost 30 weeks some days I barely feel little Chat Icon move at all and of course I freak and get scared and I'm sure the stress causes me to feel her even less

It just stinks that is all

Re: Anterior placenta

I havnt felt anything since 730 this morning despite drinking oj, a small glass of coke etc.
it just stinks because some days I feel her a ton and others not so much (barely at all) and today's one of those and of course I'm freaking out.
I was just at dr yesterday and dr said she sounded great and told me to relax but it's so hard. And sono
Last week all looked fantastic and she was of courses moving and of course I didn't feel it
Oh well next sono is Tuesday

I've had those days where I get really nervous too. It's just one of those things where you have to remember everything is alright. It's hard though, I know.

Re: Anterior placenta

Yes it does!!! Some days the kicks/punches are hard
And other days its like the flutters you first feel
It will be hours that I don't feel her. I just hate it an can't wait to hold her. It plays such havoc with my mind and lands me at my ob's office all the time

Re: Anterior placenta

My doc said that its ok/normal until about 32 weeks. If I can't begin counting kicks on a daily basis by then he'll want to see me in his office. It really is frustrating though.

Anterior placenta

I had a anterior placenta and I think I felt her once each day. That's it. It sucked big time!

I'm right there with you ladies. I just keep praying that DH will be able to feel her eventually. I feel her usually every day but only right after I eat and if i sit very still.

I have one this time around. I'm only 21w but at this point with DD1, I was feeling her A LOT and getting kicks that DH could feel, too. This time, I barely feel flutters and I usually have to be laying down, very still to feel them.

Same. I feel like i can count on one hand the number of times I felt movement the whole pregnancy.
Mine must have been really bad because I rarely every felt her.
I'd be getting a sono and the tech would be like- WOW that was a huge kick/punch/whatever and I'd be like- nope, didn't feel a THiNG!

Re: Anterior placenta

My best friend is due 10 days before me as is constantly saying she feels the baby move and her husband can feel her. At 30 weeks DH had felt her only a handful of times. Some days kicks feel stronger than others. It just stinks. At my last sono a week and a half ago she was measuring 2lbs 12oz u figure that's pretty big I would feel her, nope! Looks like the karate kid on the screen and nothing.
