Another TRU vent...incorrect price...beware!
I know I posted about this the other day, but it happened again tonight, and I am really thinking they are up to some shady sh!t.
First, the FAO Schwarz Tin Drum I wanted for DS rang up at $64.00...yes, $64...when it was on sale for $12.99. I am 100% sure $64 is not even the normal price...it's a cheap tin drum. I didn't have my sales circular with me, so I just ended up returning it. When I got home I checked the circular, and it was supposed to be $12.99. Unreal!
Then the Sesame Street bus was 50% off of $19.99, so $9.99. It rang up at $22.99.   
A Melissa and Doug item..the sticker right on it said $19.99...it rang up @ $22.99.
Just be aware of what your items are ringing up for...because they obviously are not updating sale prices in their system.

Thanks for the heads up..I was there today; now I'm going to check my receipt.
I know the last 2x I ordered online they charged me for shipping, when it was supposed to be free shipping.

Yep, I posted the other day that the Diaper Dekor refill bags rang up at $39.99

Been there 3 times this season, EVERY SINGLE TIME my sale items have rung up for either full price or some other price. The first time I caught it as it was ringing up..the other two time I had to go back and stand on the customer service line forever to have it adjusted. They FOUGHT with me every time!!!!!!!!! Really annoying and obviously its something thats done at every TRU. They should be ashamed!

Luckily I haven't had this problem this year.
But what I remember from last year and I HATED is the prices usually adjust at the end of the transaction. I like seeing it ring up with the sale price. Because once the transaction is over and I notice an incorrect price, than you have to go to customer service
Such a waste of time.

Yup, I hate this too.
I was there last weekend - the Gerber cereals were on sale 3 for $5; I noticed when I got the receipt that they charged me $2.79 each! But DH didn't want to wait for me to get it fixed so I ended up paying full price for them.
Honestly, BBB is so much better than BRU and TRU. I am not shopping there anymore if I can help it.

Add us to the list. We bought something last week that was supposed to be 79.99 they charged us $119 I noticed it after seeing the posts on here--- so thank you!!! They gave us the money back but stil!
