another tricky gift needed
its for a family, two adults and two children. They are very well off, they just built a new house in Water Mill.
Two years ago I did an organic/natural breakfast basket because they always have breakfast as a family
Last year I did a movie basket with march of the penguins and several other DVDs and healthy movie snacks
This year I'm drawing a total blank, I don't spend enough time with the kids to know what they already have and the parents have a certain "sense of style" that would not make me feel comfortable buying something for their home.
It can't be anything "cute", they don't like cute.
Ok, I know its a challenge but I'm open to anything

Not sure if this would be considered to be too "cute", but how about a family game night basket ?
It could include games for adults as well as family type games ( Yahtzee, Scrabble etc...)

What about a day/ night out- take as much as you would spend on a basket and divide it up- gift cards to the movies, restaurant, a dessert place?
EX- there fav. breakfast place, movie card, there favorite dinner place

Also, Sweets in Bloom is a great site that has candy made into things, an edible arrangement.

family movie night basket.
bucket of popcorn, gift card to netflix, a DVD, snacks, and maybe PJ pants for the whole family (Cheap at old navy!)
