Another stupid question...
Im clueless, but if you need a c-section, who performs it? Your regular doctor or someone from the hospital.
Sorry for such dumb questions.

unless u wind up at a hospital your doc is not affiliated with.
You do not want that--u go where they are..so ...unless there is a extreme circustance-your doc does it.
