ANother question about buying
About how much are mortgage brokers and lawyers?
Does anyone have a breakdown of all the fees and expenses just for a general idea?

mortgage brokers should get their cut from the bank (although they will charge fees - mortgage tax, leftover taxes, appraisal, etc)
our lawyer was $850 too
