another pregnancy milestone
i got my first leg cramp last night (well, early this morning) 
it didn't actually hurt when it was happening, but it twisted my leg so much that the sole of my left foot was turned inward, and i couldn't stretch it out very well because my left arm and hand had fallen asleep! 
now it's sore but not too terrible. should i expect them to get worse? i already eat a banana every day!!

thats annoying.
If you do get a cramp someone told me to rub it with a tennis ball. I havent tried it yet bc luckily i havent gotten any , but worth a shot?

*knocks on wood* 31 weeks and I had the beginnings of a couple but I was able to stop them before they got bad.
Make sure you drink lottttts of water!

I got one the other day for the first time...I've been flooding myself with water and so far its been helping.

I had one the other day that was so bad I couldnt even move. I just kept rubbing it. I am hoping I dont get any more like that. it was terrible
