Another Plug Question
Just curious......
After you lost your plug, how long before you went into labor? I know it could be days or even weeks.
I def lost it this morning. It was pretty obvious that it was my plug, but it wasn't bloody like I've read in some places.
I know it's normal so no need to call my OB. Just curious how long I may or may not have left. I am currently 36 weeks 5 days.

I go into labor within 1 or 2 days.
I've been having a lot of discharge lately but I know I haven't lost my plug. Until I don't see that thick bloody discharge, I know nothing is happening. I have lost it with all my previous pregnancy.

Another Plug Question
I've been losing pieces for about 3-4 weeks now (am 39 weeks today) unfortunately it can regenerate so its not always an indication of imminent labor.

When i lost my plug it was not bloody. I lost it when my water broke.

i was told it can be up to 3 weeks befor eyou go into labor...but typically within 48 hrs!!!

Omg I would not be ready in 48 hrs! Lol. Hope I last till next fri. But I know on her terms not mine. So hard being a teacher and worrying about students and their grades and filling in someone on my subject all before going.

I was losing it for weeks and kept thinking I had actually LOST it. That was until the night of August 25th when I went to the bathroom and it literally took me seven different rolls of toilet paper to get myself clean from all the mucus that was coming out. Is it like that?
My little boy arrived the next day (went into labor less than 3 hrs later) :). I was 39+1 when I lost it for good.
ETA: Mine was not bloody either. I didn't have any bleeding until I was at the hospital and contractions were 2 min apart.

Wow just read. 7 rolls?!!! 
No it wasn't like that. But I did google image of mucus plug n looked more like those.
I don't think I'm going in a few days. But I don't think I'll make it to feb 3 either. I guess only time will tell

Woke up to contractions had my bloody show and lost my plug all within minutes of contractions starting and in two hours of that I was 8 cm dilated

I thought I lost my plug at 38 weeks, 6 days. Called the doc to say it'll be soon, and he asked if I was sure it wasn't my water breaking. I said I had no idea, so he wanted to see me. Went in, and it was apparently my water breaking. 2 days before, my doc checked and I was no where near losing it...not effaced or dialated. So, guessing my water broke and I lost my plug all in one.

With DS I lost my plug on a Monday morning and delivered that evening. I went to the doctor earlier that day and I was 3cm...the day before there was blood when I would wipe but I wasnt actually dialated till the next morning.
