Another + opk.. ?

ok now what? Dr says do an iui the day after you get a + opk. Tested yesterday morning, negative. tested again Yesterday at 2 pm (b/c i had obvious cm, nauseuos and crampy) and got a +. This morning I got another +. Should I do IUI today or tomorrow?

Edited to add that when I asked the dr, she said they suggest only testing in the morning. Had I done that I would bbe going tomrro bc i never would have known that I got a + reading... I just tested again yesterday b/c i was afraid Id miss it. but i didnt...

If we go today and see that the follicle is still there we'll do another one tomorrow but dh has sperm issues so
