Another NYC DOE employee question

Sorry for all the darn questions!

As I've posted about before, I want to talk to my Dr. about not continuing clomid, as it only gives me one follie and I've been using it for six months.

If I am given injectibles - what will my cost be through PICA or whatever it is us NYC teachers have? I'm just trying to get a feel for how much I'll have to spend if this is what the Dr. says to do.

Is femara a regular co-pay since it's a pill?

THANKS AS ALWAYS.

All of your support keeps me from going insane!

Pills are regular copay...for PICA, you get 3 FILLS per lifetime per DRUG..so...I'm on Gonal-F..she sent me the max amount for this fill so that I'd have them for at least 2 cycles without having to do another fill for a second cycle, if that makes sense...same with Ovidrel..we are done getting those through insurance, but luckily they aren't *that* expensive out of pocket...if you have any questions, let me know..I'm living it, too!

Yup! Ask for the MAX AMOUNT YOU CAN GET! I used to work for the DOE and had the same insurance. Once cycle they ordered me 9 900 pens. It lasted I think 3 IUIs and an IVF Chat Icon
