Another Maternity Pics Question...

All of today's maternity pic posts has me thinking...

I would love to do a maternity photo shoot. But I'm plus-sized and I look at all of these maternity photo shoots and can't imagine myself in any of them. Me laying on the floor in my bra and undies posing? Yea, I just don't think I would be comfortable doing that NOR do I think that I should ever do anything like that.

But I would love to have photos of myself aside from the cheesy ones I take in the bathroom mirror to document my belly.

And I do look so much different compaired to my first pregnancy, since I was much heavier then.

Has anyone ever done plus-sized maternity pics? Would anyone be willing to share them?

My sister is a photographer. I could have her take pictures for me. Or I could call up someone who has done many maternity shoots before and leave it in their hands...but...I just wonder if this is something that this plus-sized momma should end up doing!

I am a plus size mama and I say go for it! Especially if your sister is the one who will be doing it. You are going to see them and either love them or hate them.

Google some pics of plus size maternity pics and look at some of the photographer albums and see if they have some pics that would make you comfortable.

I would love to do them and maybe have my SIL or someone close do them for me.

I say go for it too! I just took mine and I did not want to do the ones wearing lingerie, I have always battled with my weight issues and didn't feel comfortable, so you don't have to do those, but I think if you want to take pics then definitely take them, and the fact that you have a family member that can do them is great, you may feel a little more comfortable with her.
