another JHS question- sorry lol!
Okay one more question
I am getting my JHS on sunday and I want to go today if the weather lets up and get shampoo and conditioner that I should use! what is a good kind?
also I keep reading about Bio silk? is this to make it shine?
and should I get a heat spray so my hair doesn't get damaged?

just something mositurzing
and bio silk- always bio silk

I don't think you will need a heat spray. Just a good s and c. Like Beth said, bio slik is a great one. Love their conditioner.

i find that redken allsoft makes my hair feeling the best. i always get coupons to ulta also trade secrets
