Another Group Christening Question!
How many people attended the group christening for your child? We just wrote out the list and it's 57 people! So much for keeping it small! I know not everyone will attend, but we expect at least 40.
Will that be okay? I mean the church isn't huge but it's not tiny either.

Another Group Christening Question!
We had a large guest list for DS' Christening but, most people attended the celebration not the church part. I think we had 25-30 people at the church and it wasn't an issue (mainly extended family).

Re: Another Group Christening Question!
I think we had about 25 people at the church for each of my kids. The church usually has a system set up which you can ask about. At our church, each family had 2 pews towards the front for the parents, godparents, and immediate family. Everyone else had to sit in the pews behind all those being christened. There was plenty of space in the church for others to sit.

Gotcha- that makes sense. I didn't think to ask this when I called the church the first time. Then again I hadn't written out the invite list and didn't think it would be this big! It adds up so fast.
