Another Easter basket question: Do you use it for egg hunts?
Do you use your child's easter basket for easter egg hunts or do they not see it until the easter bunny comes? If you use it beforehand do you leave it out the night before for the easter bunny to fill it?
Also do you hide it for them to find? My SIL does that and we stay over there the night before easter so I do it to be consistent but I had never heard of that.
Really important stuff I know

Geez...could you ask any more questions in one post?
The baskets are placed in the playroom on the covered train table. They are not left empty for EB to fill - they appear overnight already filled.
Eggs are hidden around the playroom. EB leaves an empty basket or Easter container (this year it's egg shaped felt bags from Old Navy) by their bedroom doors. There's a bunny paw print trail from each room to the playroom. On the way they pass the kitchen table where a little present has been left behind as a thank you for the treats and pictures.
EB can do different things at different houses

Love the bunny paw trail idea! Might have to steal that one
Maybe I should get those egg shaped bags... We have an egg hunt tomorrow and I've been debating what to use. My mom never let us use ours but we have to bring the baskets to Pitt and they're hard to hide in the car so I'm afraid N might notice. I feel like maybe I should just let him openly see them and then say the EB just fills them

I'll e-mail you the file with the image - you just print and cut out.
Since you are going out of town I say do the open basket idea.
