another Credit Card Q. How do i transfer balances?
is it possible to transfer a balance from an old accout to my new card?
my old card i have an extremly high APR. i think its 25% or soemthing.
so my new card has no APR til next year i wanted to tranfer my balance.
anyone know how this is done? i didnt see it on their site

I believe that your new card can send you checks. what you do is write a check to cover the blanace you want to transfer from the other card and then mail it to them.

You can balance transfer between different cards from different banks. You cannot balance tranfer from one card to another if they are offered by the same bank even if one card has a lower APR.
