another chicken burger question
i was forming the pattys for the burgers and they seem really wet and not staying together well
is this normal working with ground chicken?

It is goopier. That's why I use a little breadcrumb with my veggies, egg and chicken.

ok i feel a little better now
i just hope it doesnt stick to the grill
i added breadcrumbs but no egg because it was wetter and i figured the spinach was wet enough

no worries!
I've actually taken to putting him on parchment paper and baking them because they sometimes seem too mushy for the grill. Once they are firmed up in the oven I might do a super fast browning on the grill.
I hope they come out good for you!!

they are on the grill now and holding up great and not sticking
i had them in the fridge for an hour and they definatley firmed up!
just hope they taste good
